An event organiser, employer, school, agency, family member or other authorised representative may give us information needed for a project. Where you provide information about another person, you should have authority to do so and give them any notice or choice required for the intended use.

Booking Shammah Media does not automatically give us permission to publish every identifiable image or recording in our portfolio, advertising or social channels. Where we want to use commissioned work for our own promotion, we will rely on the permission recorded for the project or another lawful basis that applies to that use.

If you are organising coverage for guests, employees, students, performers or members of the public, tell us about any restricted areas, confidential sessions, people who should not be recorded, or special notice and consent arrangements. Projects involving children or private settings receive additional planning appropriate to the circumstances.

Shammah Media keeps the transaction and accounting information reasonably needed to confirm payment, manage your booking and meet legal record-keeping duties.
