Professional printing services in Kenya
Printing planned around the finished result
Whether you need one framed photograph, branded materials for an event or a complete office transformation, the final result depends on more than sending a file to print. Size, quantity, material, artwork quality, finishing, deadline and the place where the item will be used all matter.
Shammah Media provides printing and branding services for individuals, organisations and event teams in Nairobi and across Kenya. Tell us what you want to produce, how it will be used and when it is needed. We will help define the specification and prepare a written quotation for the agreed work.

Choose your printing service

Banner printing
Order roll-up banners, X-banners and tear-drop banners for exhibitions, conferences, launches, shops, offices and outdoor activations. We match the artwork and format to the display type, finished size, viewing distance and intended environment.

Canvas printing
Turn a suitable photograph or artwork into canvas wall art for your home, office, studio or as a gift. We review the image, crop, orientation, size and desired edge treatment before production.

Large-format printing
Produce posters, backdrops, vinyl banners and other oversized graphics for branding, information or display. Share the exact dimensions, installation setting and distance from which the design needs to be read.

Photo frames and mounts
Display photographs, artwork and documents in photo mounts, acrylic frames, wooden frames or certificate frames. Choose the finished size and style around the image, room and way the piece will be displayed.

Photobooks
Bring wedding, family, travel, graduation, baby or event photographs together in a book you can keep and share. Your order can be planned around the image selection, sequence, page count, book size, cover and quantity.

Mug printing
Personalise mugs with a photograph, name, message, logo or campaign design. Mug printing can support gifts, staff recognition, events, promotions and branded merchandise, including individually named versions where agreed.

Eulogy printing
Prepare memorial programmes with respectful handling and close attention to names, dates, photographs, programme details and page order. One authorised family contact should approve the complete proof before printing begins.

Brochure printing
Print brochures for products, services, events, property, hospitality or organisational communication. We plan the finished size, page or fold structure, quantity, artwork, stock, finishing and distribution deadline together.

Notebook printing
Create branded notebooks for staff, clients, conferences, training, schools or promotions. Tell us the quantity, size, cover design, inside-page requirements and preferred finishing.

Office branding
Apply your identity to receptions, walls, windows, meeting rooms and customer-facing spaces. Office branding starts with the site, measurements, surfaces, brand files and installation requirements—not only the visual design.
What your printing order can include
Your quotation will describe the product you will receive. Depending on the order, it may include:
If an item requires a stand, frame, fixing, specialist material, delivery or installation, make sure it is named in the quotation. A product label such as “banner” or “frame” does not describe every component of the finished order.
- review of your supplied artwork or photograph;
- design or adaptation where requested;
- a digital proof for content and layout approval;
- printing in the agreed size and quantity;
- the selected material, stock or display unit;
- cutting, folding, binding, mounting or framing;
- lamination, eyelets, hemming or other agreed finishing;
- names, photographs or data that vary between items;
- protective packaging;
- delivery to an agreed address; and
- site measurement or installation for office and large-format branding.

From your idea to finished print
Send the product, size, quantity, intended use, artwork status, deadline and collection, delivery or installation location. If you do not know the correct material, describe where and how the item will be used.
We review the request and prepare a quotation for the agreed dimensions, quantity, material, finishing, artwork support and delivery. If your source file may not reproduce well, we will identify the issue before production.
Check every name, date, telephone number, image, crop, colour reference, page, quantity and version. Production begins only after the authorised person gives final approval.
We produce the approved job and complete the finishing stated in your quotation. Changes after approval may require a revised cost and schedule, especially if production has already started.
Your order is prepared for the delivery method agreed in advance. For installation, the site contact, access time, surface condition and any building approval need to be ready before the team arrives.
Send artwork that can reproduce well
The file you see on a phone or laptop may not be suitable at the final print size. Small, compressed or heavily cropped images can lose clarity when enlarged. Send the original, highest-resolution photograph or artwork available instead of a screenshot or image downloaded from a messaging app.
For branded work, provide editable or vector logos where possible, together with the correct colours, fonts and brand guidance. If the artwork was created by another designer, make sure you have permission and the source files needed for production.
Do not stretch a logo or place important text too close to a trim, fold or frame edge. If your file is not print-ready, tell us whether you need a simple adaptation or a complete new layout. That work can then be included in the quotation and schedule.
Choose the right size and material
Displays and banners
Think about where the display will stand, how far away people will be and how much time they have to read it. Keep the main message visible and concise. An indoor roll-up used repeatedly has different structural and material needs from a tear-drop banner exposed to wind outdoors.
Canvas, frames and photo products
Start with the image and the space where it will be displayed. Measure the available wall or surface and decide whether the photograph should be landscape, portrait or square. The chosen crop can remove parts of an image, so review it carefully before production.
Brochures, eulogies and booklets
The page count, fold or binding method affects how content flows. Supply final text and photographs through one controlled file, then check page order and all personal or business details in the proof.
Office branding
Measurements and surface condition are essential. Tell us about glass, textured walls, existing graphics, corners, doors, fittings and height or access restrictions. Furniture or old branding may need to be moved or removed before installation.

Protect accuracy on urgent and personalised orders
Jobs with several names, photographs, branches, dates or designs need one reliable source of information. Send a checked list in one agreed format and remove old versions from the approval conversation. Corrections scattered across calls, emails and chat messages can be missed.
Appoint one person to consolidate feedback and approve the final proof. For eulogies and urgent event materials, this approach protects both accuracy and the production deadline. A short deadline does not remove the need to confirm names, dates, contacts, quantities and page order.
If information changes after approval, contact us immediately and identify every affected item. We will confirm whether the artwork, proof, cost or completion time needs to change
Delivery, installation and reuse
Tell us whether the order will be collected, delivered to one address, divided among several locations or installed on site. Large frames, banner stands and wide-format pieces may require protective packaging, suitable transport and confirmed door, lift or stair access.
If you plan to reuse a banner or display, say so before ordering. The stand, finishing and packaging can then be considered for repeated transport and setup. Store reusable items clean and dry, retain their components together and inspect them before the next event.
For office branding and large installations, nominate a site contact and confirm working hours, security access, surface preparation, power or height requirements and any landlord or building permission.

Combine printing with Shammah Media production
Shammah Media can connect your printed products with the photography or video project that supplies the images and creative material.
Book photography when you need original portraits, event images or property photographs for canvases, frames, photobooks, brochures or office displays. Add videography and event photography when your conference or launch needs both digital coverage and printed banners or brochures.
For combined work, every output is listed separately so you know which photographs, artwork, printed products and delivery steps are included.
What to send for an accurate printing quotation
If you are unsure about size or material, include a photograph of the intended space and its approximate measurements. We can identify what else is needed before preparing the final specification.
- the product or branding service required;
- finished size or the space to be measured;
- quantity and number of versions;
- indoor, outdoor, permanent or reusable use;
- artwork status and source-file format;
- preferred material, finish, frame or stand if known;
- names, dates and other variable information;
- proof approver and approval deadline;
- required completion date; and
- collection, delivery or installation address.

Can you help me design the artwork?
Yes, where design or artwork adaptation is included in the scope. Supply the final text, high-resolution photographs, editable logo files and brand guidance available for the project
Can I print a photograph from my phone?
It depends on the original file quality and final print size. Send the actual image for assessment. Avoid screenshots or versions compressed by social and messaging platforms when the original file is available.
How quickly can my order be ready?
The production time depends on the product, quantity, artwork readiness, proof approval, finishing and delivery. Send your deadline with the first enquiry. Urgent work can only be confirmed after the complete specification is reviewed.
Are delivery and installation included?
They are included only when stated in your quotation. Share the address, access and site requirements so that collection, delivery or installation can be priced correctly.

Personalised versions can be produced where the data, quantity, layout and approval process are agreed. Supply one checked list and approve a proof that shows how the variable information will appear
