In the message, include: If you do not know every detail, describe the outcome you want. We will help you identify what must be decided before the project can be quoted.

Photography enquiries
Tell us whether you need wedding, family, maternity, newborn, graduation, birthday, school, event, conference, corporate, headshot, property or drone photography.
Include the number of people or spaces, the schedule, priority photographs and how you plan to use the images. For weddings and events, attach or summarise the programme if it is already available. For property photography, list the rooms, amenities and current condition.
Videography enquiries
Describe the audience, message and kind of video you need. Tell us the filming location, approximate duration, deadline and where the video will be watched.
Mention interviews, voice-over, event sessions, subtitles, social media versions, existing footage, graphics or drone work where relevant. This helps us plan filming, sound and post-production accurately.
Livestream enquiries
Send the event date, venue, programme, expected remote audience and preferred viewing platform. Tell us whether you need multiple cameras, presentation feeds, venue audio, private access or a recording after the stream.
Venue internet and sound arrangements are checked during planning. Livestreaming can also be combined with event photography and edited video coverage.
Printing enquiries
Send the product, dimensions, quantity, artwork status, preferred material or finish and the date you need it. Include the delivery or installation location.
For eulogies, brochures and other text-heavy items, supply final names, dates, contacts, photographs and copy through the agreed production route. For banners and office branding, measurements and installation conditions may need to be confirmed before production.
What happens after you contact us?
We check the service, date, location, deadline and information provided. A detailed production, installation or livestream may need a call, file review or site information before quotation.
We confirm the coverage, deliverables, timing, responsibilities and any travel, access or production requirements that affect the work.
The written quotation sets out the services, price, schedule and booking requirements for your project. Review it carefully and ask about anything that is unclear.
Once the quotation is accepted and its booking requirements are completed, we confirm the project and collect the programme, shot list, artwork, brand files, access contacts or other inputs needed for production.
Delivery and timing
Photos are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks and videos within 4–6 weeks , depending on the assignment and editing. Rush service may be available on request. Printing and livestreaming schedules are confirmed around the specific product or event.
Tell us both the production date and the date you need the finished work. A conference on Friday with highlights required on Saturday needs a different plan from a standard delivery schedule.

Do not send payment credentials, identity documents, confidential attendee lists or other sensitive records that are unnecessary for an initial enquiry. We will agree a suitable route if a project later requires protected information.
